Tech Lab Calendars!
To access the calendars, login to your Baker email, click on Calendars.
Yes, Google Calenders are not very intuitive and are often confusing! Agreed! So, here's a helpful suggestion learned the hard way... 1) If you would like to sign up for tech lab time, go to your list of calendars; you should see several calenders listed, including "Tech Lab Permanent," "Tech Lab Openings," as well as your own personal calendar (whether you use it or not). 2) Be sure that you click on the drop down box for "Tech Lab Openings" NOT your own personal calendar! Click on "Create Event on this Calendar." 3) A new window will open up where you can add yourself to the calendar. CONFIRM in this window that you are in "Tech Lab Openings!" Be sure to add your name! Be sure to SAVE! 4) When you are then looking at your list of calendars on the left hand side of your screen, if a calendar is not highlighted, it will not be displayed! If you want to view all calendars at the same time, click on them to highlight them. 5) If you have any questions or trouble with this, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm happy to help! Hang in there; it just takes some time to get used to it.
